Michael Clark, Senior Consultant
Michael Clark has an extensive background in managing and delivering leadership, supervisory and management development programs for more than thirty years. He has delivered more than 2,000 courses, seminars, workshops, and executive retreats that cover a diverse set of topics, including all aspects of leadership, management, supervision, strategic planning, quality improvement and process re-engineering. He also has facilitated numerous executive retreats and one-on-one executive coaching sessions. He is one of the most often requested instructors for various types of leadership courses at the University of North Florida's Division of Continuing Education. He specializes in designing and implementing leadership academies for both government and business clients. Over the past 10 years, he has designed and delivered 15 leadership academies. Mr. Clark has been a Training Director for four state agencies in Florida. |
